Sony BRAVIA 2010 series

Discuss alternative media renderers (not PS3) supported by PS3 Media Server (e.g. Xbox 360, TVs &c.)

Now noticed a third issue: any .avi file only plays for 30 seconds before "playback not supported" suddenly appears on the screen, even though the file was transcoding and playing fine before. I'll try to post some debug file content, etc. tomorrow. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Did some install this update?
Did you notice the performance & stability of IPTV features?
And what is new in the i-Manual?

By the Way, I did notice the new IPTV channels in holland (SBS6, Net5 & Veronica)

Yes I did!

I installed it via usb,. Prior to installing the firware update the Bravia would connect to the network through cable, but everytime I tried to click on a network based service would say lost connection, I was going mental at it. My equipment was 100% working and tested, but fortuantley the update resolved whatever it was :p

PKG4.074EUL-108 was pushed on my KDL-40EX500 this week.
I can finally watch non 16:9 cropped x264 mkvs via tsmuxer correctly.
However I have still problems with xvid avis aborting after a few seconds, mostly (or only?) affects 16:9 avis. 4:3 work fine...weird shit.

I want to watch ARD/ZDF Mediathek on my Bravia EX505 via PS3MS and I found this program:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/ps3mediathek/forums

I installed it and I have downloaded the links which were then in my WEB.conf file. But it doesn't work.
Every entry I clicked on, I see only a black screen and nothing happens.
Does anyone use this program or has another idea to integrate the Mediathek into PS3MS?

In the new beta 411 is a new BraviaEX.conf included. You can find this build under the link http://www.spirton.com/?cat=16

Here is this new file for copy and paste:
