Youtube playlists dont't work properly

Hello!

I got youtube to work using chocolateboy's files and instructions...

I edited web.conf to use my youtube playlist.

Problems I have using the playlist:

-Only the first 20 of my playlists music videos are shown and can be played
-I cannot set the playlist to autoplay and/or shuffle
-There is a 5-10 second black screen delay before a song starts to play
-I can't see over 18-rated videos

Is there a solution to these problems? The Youtube-XL or the youtube with PS3's own web browser aren't an option. Way too buggy and poor quality.

The only option to watch my playlist's music videos and chill seems to use HDMI-Cable from my laptop to my TV, but I don't like that. Any other suggestions?

Could someone please confirm if it is currently impossible to get youtube playlists to autoplay, shuffle and show 18-rated vids?

If it is possible, please help...

Autoplay should be so cool feature when listening to playlist music vids and with channels also!

Hello!

Now for no reason youtube stopped working completely. I did uninstall everything, removed the old folder to get fresh config... Then did all the instructions needed the same way I got Youtube to work first time. Lost a few hours again to this...

Data Corrupted. Just wanted to watch a few videos and chill, had to fight with settings for hours. I think I am going to give up...

Do you have any other suggestions how to stream youtube to my TV? I can't use HDMI Cable, HDMI is needed to my second monitor.

Looks like the YouTube API has changed.

I'll take a look at this, but not straight away as it might be temporary.

Lost a few hours again to this...

In future, instead of reinstalling everything, just read the manual.

I read the manual and tried everything there before...

OK. Youtube API it is then. That is what I though as one very unbropable possibility too. Thanks for the fast response. Hope everything starts working soon again

Because they keep changing the (undocumented) API.

I used Altavista... like over 10 years ago... then came google who was better slimmer no ads and not evil... And they had just one goal????... To get EVENTUALLY ALL the USER, ALL the the INFORMATION and ALL the POWER... And I just tried to drink ALL the BEERS and watch some vids...

I don't care about politics... But Vidzone is BS, Youtube XL is BS, PS3 browser is BS.... My hobby as a Youtuber is BS....

I personally use PS3YouTube.com via the PS3 browser.

You can browse, view and/or download Hi-Def of standard def YouTube Vids str8 to your PS3 HDD.
I know the PS3 browser sucks, but PS3YouTube works the best of all I have tried, including PMS.
