Thanks jaqb :)

This is going to sound stupid, but how do I download the source code to modify it? I have no experience of coding. :?

Thanks again for your help!

I don't use rss but Shagrath said that he is reworking rss parser completely because now he must for every feed create new code inside PMS so maybe in the future? :)

as far as I know even with new rss parser ,feeds such as Youtube or Gametrailers still would need an addition support in the code because there are no direct link to video files in those feeds...I could be wrong

Noticed someone posted the normal di.fm streams so here are the ondemand streams, afaik they are open for everyone now so made a script that ondemand parses the playlists and makes a xml of it.

Content: http://www.di.fm/content/
Note: the xml results are cached for a period so di.fm doest get flooded;)

#web.conf
audiofeed.Web,DiFM=http://streams.f0rc3.net/ondemand-difm.php

Hey all...

I have been trying to add this feed to my WEB.conf file. My default engine is set to VideoLan for videofeeds (I seem to have had the best luck with it overall). I can't seem to figure out the syntax for specifying MEncoder as the exception for this particular feed (no luck with VideoLan, and of course I'm too lazy to go to the #--TRANSCODE--# folder if there is anyway I don't have to ;) ).

From the README, it looks like this is possible if I specify [mencoderwebvideo] somewhere in the videofeed line, but I can't seem to find an example of how this is done for videofeeds. I made several attempts at it with various combinations of subfolders, and "=" signs, but I can't seem to get it to work.

Can anyone suggest the syntax for doing this?

Thanks much!

It is not possible (for now?). Current syntax is:
########################################################################################################
#Web Streaming: authorized types: imagefeed, videofeed, audiostream, videostream, audiofeed
#Fomat: for feeds: [type].[folders separated by coma]=[url]
#Fomat: for streams: [type].[folders separated by coma]=[name for audio/video streams],[url],[facultative thumbnail url for audio/videostream]
########################################################################################################

btw this would be a great little feature, maybe you can start up a new request ;)
