1.20.400 broke DTS WAV playback

Using the release version, 1.10.51, I used to be able to playback DTS formatted wav files by using the instructions here:

However, I recently upgraded to 1.20.400 in order to fix another issue, and now I can not play the same files back. I get a "Data Corrupt" message.

I verified that this works with 1.10.51 and that my PS3 settings were correct by installing 1.10.51 on a different PC on my network, and the DTS formatted WAV files played back correctly.

Well, r400 is still just a beta release. Also, you could try installing r409 (it just came out) and see if that works better for you.

I understand it's just a beta release. I was very reluctant to install it, but it was necessary to fix a number of issues I was having with 1.10.51, where some video files would stop at 28 or 58 seconds, and I couldn't use "Go To" to jump to a point past about 2hrs and 25 minutes in any mkv file. I would happily try r409, if I knew that this DTS problem was addressed and it didn't break too many other features I use.

DTS Wav issue is fixed in r409.

Tried it, didn't work. I didn't get the "Corrupt Data" message, instead I just got white noise.

Of course. I'm not a complete noob Movie files with DTS playback just fine.

Like I said, this works with 1.10.51 and I have that running on a different machine on the network, and the same PS3 can play the DTS Wave files fine when using that server.

I also get noise with DTS WAV with 409.

My bad, it was half of a fix (regular 48kHz DTS detected by MediaInfo, it seems yours is LPCM 44.1kHz). r410 I guess :p
