Bulgarian, Brazilian Portuguese and all updated translations are added in revision 626 and should be in 1.24 when it's released.

Hello ,
i repair the Bulgarian translation with the link by Gussi and now is ready to use with new versions. Encoding is UTF-8 for Cyrillic letters.
