How to use donePlaying correctly?

For now I just want to create a simple script which deletes the file I'm viewing after I've finished watching it.

I've created a plugin and implemented StartStopListener thinking it will only run when I stop watching a file - but this isn't the case.... Instead it seems to run for each file in every folder I visit (just by opening said folder) and then when I actual begin to view a video it runs about 5 times per second.

Any ideas?

This interface is flawed. This is working fine for transcoded files (where the ps3 asks a stream starting from 0- and ending with the last byte), but with some formats (AVi for example), the ps3 asks chunks of data (0-1000000, then 1000000-2000000, etc.), calling this interface very often. So that's why it's not that reliable. The best way would be to detect in the right way the real beginning of the file and the ending. You can create an issue on the google code project (even if there's any, I need to do some clean up :p)
