start minimized

start minimized

I hit the start minimized button running it under OSX and now I can't get the program to start up unminimized where i can see preferences and the program. It sits in my bar showing running but will not pull up... any help?

Open up your pms.conf file and edit "minimized = false".
/Applications/PS3 Media Server.app/Contents/Resources/Java/PMS.conf
/Applications/PS3 Media Server.app/Contents/Resources/Java/PMS.conf

Funny thing is, that when the program is running and you click on the X (top left corner) to hide/close the application window, you can't bring it back by clicking on the PSM icon, even though it runs perfectly. The only thing left to do is to shut down the application and restart.
However, if the program is running and you right click on the icon, select hide, the program can be brought back by left-clicking on the icon.
Weird?!

Yeah that's a bug, workaround is to not close it but use hide as you said (shortcut is cmd+h) or minimalize.

I had this exact same issue and it has been driving me NUTS. This worked perfectly, thanks a lot!
