Developers: breaking changes forthcoming in 1.90.0

Probably gonna show my stupidity again but I am not sure I completely understand the nature of this post. Are the items listed known changes that are made in 1.90 or is it a list of requested things to look at for change in 1.90. Not gonna pretend I know what all the lingo above means but the first one sounds like removing items that have been replaced by newer or different methods and the last item on the first line about 'configuration params' seems to indicate that we can expect some new or changed context in the config files. Files like PMS.conf, Web.conf and the like. I have absolutely no idea what the last bit means.

Anyway, I checked the thread by following the link that is available on the home page because it sounded like I might get some idea of what changes were being made in 1.90. If my expectations were wrong please ignore with a brief explanation. If it is a short list of features being added or changed and anything listed is important to the common user could you elaborate just a bit. If I misinterpreted everything and just plain don't need to worry about this post please say so.

The post is not meant for users, but for developers of plugins. The changes in PMS might cause their plugins to break in the latest version. Hence the warning about "breaking changes".
As a user there isn't much you can do about this, so you can ignore the message.

On second thought, if you are a user of the snapshot build and you notice a plugin breaking, you could send its author a warning message. I'm sure it will be appreciated.
