I can browse the folders I chose to share but am unable to view the "media library" for audio files (didn't test for video).

Already reset the cache and rescanned the shared folders (magnifying glass). Restarted, of course.

Thanks

Already possible with VobSub and 3D subtitler(already mentioned in forum)
I don't think it is doable with our MEncoder build.
I know that there are some custom builds with ASS "special tags" support so you can render more subs at same time so one can be up, another down and 3rd on left etc.
In this case you can show same subs twice for both L/R picture so you can avoid using graphical VobSub.
Never experimented with it and our MEncoder builds.

I thought this project was dead and I had been using build 1.22 for a while. Then I downloaded this and I was super exited to see such a tremendious progress.

But guess what, everything went to hell with this. All my x264 files play with audio offset, some of them show colors randomly incorrect and subtitle sizes vary between files that all have same resolution. Oh, and this latest version doesn't have anymore the option to limit bandwidth (instead it automatically limits it to 2 Mbps, which is obviously too low), which is crucial when watching hd-material over wifi.

So back to 1.22 it is then..

Test latest beta SB58 from SubJunk. Audio offset works there without problems.
Official 1.50beta is not updated for a while so some useful fixes are missing there so SB build is right one to test current development status. ;)

Tried that too and both of the "official" BETAs, but all the same problems remain. It seems that something major has been done to the basic transcoding procedures, so I'll just have to find a older build that works.

EDIT: Hmm, 1.30 seems to work otherwise but the audio offset still remains with x264 files. I can't seem to figure out what could cause it. Oh, and some files still show colors wrong. It seems that uninstalling PS3MS doesn't get rid off all the changes it has done to the registry etc.

EDIT2: Yay, I found the cure! Or the disease to be correct. After uninstalling I had to remove PMS folder from C:\ProgramData. Reboot, fresh install of 1.30.1 and everything works (and some bits don't work) just like it used to.

If you know last build which works, you can help to fix it by uploading debug.log from this build which works and another debug.log from latest SB58 when you will try to play same file in every build.
Only this can show us why it worked and why it doesn't work now ;)

I attached some CrahsReports on OSX 10.7.2. Hope this helps!

after fw 1.30 all recent fw plays all rmvb files unstable. they will play for a short period of time and make the ps3 freeze.

Could we have a stable fw which plays rmvb files stable.

in addition fw 1.30 is very slow at playing rmvb files.

thanks
