Please remove the new "feature" to skip virtual interfaces as I use PMS with Microsoft virtual WiFi adapter. I use the MS virtual WiFi adapter to create a WiFi network broadcast-ed from my PC, using an app called Maryfi.

I wrote the quoted text below when i discovered 1.40.0 was causing me problems.
Now it seems the same problems have continued in 1.50.0 Beta 1.
There are other people having the same issues too.
Have i missed a client side fix or something? Ive tried uninstalling and removing all traces from registry then reinstalled but no luck

Ive been having trouble with about 90% of all mkv files i have tried to play.

Tried Mencoder and Tsmuxer but no difference. Just a blank screen for about 30-40 secs then it would either
claim there was a network error or say the data was corrupt (i have a wired connection too btw).

Uninstalling 1.40.0 and going back to the 1.40.0 beta 2 made everything play as it had before.

Has there been some big change between these builds?
Hoping i can keep up to date and get 1.50.0 when its out...

Can you post a debug.log for a broken mkv?

I think your mkv problems with 1.40 is this:

By turning off the experimental features mkv's should work.

it would be great if somebody would be willing to update the MovieInfo plugin to work with 1.50, and also include the fix for correct download of covers (which is broken in many of the versions). Unfortunately my java skills are non-existent but I am willing to help with testing!
