Does "Bandwidth optimisations" mean it will utilize your full internet connection? Cause right now when I'm copying files it only uses like 70-80% of my 100mb\s line.

It means that transcoded files are smaller with the same quality

Browsing into a folder on a PS3 is slower than the SB13 build than I used before. Like really slower, takes 1 or 2 second more to show the first element of a folder.
I'm on linux, and I'm using the same configuration between both builds.
