RMVB file on Mac

Hi,

I can't play any RMVB file on PSM . Everytime I get an error said the data is corrupted.

I am using the v.11 r334 .
I have Real Player, MPlayer, VLC and FFmpegX installed.

Anyone can help please ?

hi, i experience the same problem also.

when ever i start a rmvb file, it tells me data is corrupted, why is that? i am using a 2.16ghz core 2 duo macbook with 3gb of ram so i dont think that should be the problem.

i have vlc, ffmpegx, realplayer installed

avi files stream normally

any help would be appreciated

sry for hijacking thread, but i guess i will chime in too.

ps3mediaservers starts transcoding/remux of the rmvb file, but doesnt tell me anymore in the trace section. anyhow, anything i try to open on ps3 tells me the data is corrupted.

i have ffmpegx, Mplayer essential codec, real player installed. =/

you do not need any other program installed, you could use ps3ms on a fresh osx install, for what I know :p

ok, nothing particular, encoder is doing fine, but maybe your are hitting a small buffer bug fixed some weeks ago... try the newer osx beta: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1635
