Network Error - PSM streaming from 09 Imac

Hi

Hoping some one maybe able to help.i have been using PSM with a PC successfully for a while now, every so often i would get a error message on thr PS3 stating....

"A Network error has occured" ....or something similiar .

I upgraded to a 09 imac on the weekend and when using PSM i now get the above message around every 5 minutes it has no effect on the ability to play my files...it's just annoying!

Has anyone seen this before and perhaps have a solution?

Also...i am just about to attach some external drives through USB 2....any known issues? will the data transfer speed by suffcient?

I've been seeing the error as well going from my 2009 MacBook Pro to my PS3. I don't have a solution, though.

As for USB2, you should be fine - I am streaming from a network drive attached to my Airport Extreme (connected over wireless N).
