Steaming Full HD Videos from iMac to PS3 via DLAN

Hey guys,

I try to stream my full HD videos from my iMac (directly connected via DLAN 500) to my PS3 which also got a direct DLAN 500 connection.
Somehow the streaming bitrate is too low, so that it often stutters...

To improve the bitrate I'm looking for the ideal setup for the PS3 Media Server Streaming.
It's the newest iMac that I'm using so I guess rendering shouldn't be the problem..
