Can't open the settings window.

My PS3 Media Server is working fine but I was going to tweak some settings and can't open the interface to do that. When I double click on the PS3 image on the tray or in Applications it opens nothing. Any Idea how to open this back up? Do I have to uninstall and reinstall each time I want to change the settings?
