PS3 media server wont find my ps3

Postby marx.toro » Thu Dec 27, 2012 1:28 pm

Hello guys, I have a mac up to date and the latest 1.72.0 PMS. My PMS cant find my PS3.
I have a verizon Fios router and there is no option for UPNP. My PS3 has UPNP enable.
I checked everywhere to see if there was a way to enable it, but there is nothing online regarding this.
The log shows that i should be able to find the server on the PS3 but nothing happens. Media server is enable in the PS3.
Please help...

PS> the same computer gets conected to another PS3 at my brothers house. and port forwarding shouldnt be an issue because there is no error on the blog.

FAQ: Your router is blocking the traffic
Note: you may need to follow the details provided here to be able to access the IGMP proxy setting.
If the above isn't your issue, follow the rest of that FAQ post - viewtopic.php?f=6&t=3507&start=20#p34933
I provide NO application support via PM or email, so please post your question to the forum per the Forum Rules.
