I did a forum search for "maximum bandwidth setting missing" and got threads from 2009 regarding version 1.12.0 (and nothing to do with it being missing).

Can't find Maximum Bandwidth Setting

I've used PMS for years, recently upgraded from 1.40.0 to 1.60.0. The maximum bandwidth setting is missing, or moved and for the life of me I cannot find it.
I did a forum search for "maximum bandwidth setting missing" and got threads from 2009 regarding version 1.12.0 (and nothing to do with it being missing).

General Configuration -> Network settings (advanced) -> Maximum bandwidth in Mb/s.

do not use maximum bandwidth setting
you only get extra stuttering in result
