Second HDD not found by PMS

I DLed the PMS app and can now find everything that is in my HDD that this application is running from. HOWEVER... I have 2 internal HDDs. One that I keep my apps in with system information and a second one (1TB) that I store my music, movies, pics etc. on. PMS (running on both ps3 and mac) can find my first internal HDD, but it cannot seem to locate the second one that all my movies that I'm attempting to stream to my PS3 are stored on. I haven't come across this issue yet and would like some feedback.

System Info:
I am using a Mac Pro tower. Running Lion 10.7.4. I have a 15MB internet connection with a 1GB dual-band router that I am using.
