Another ps3 won't connect to ps3

Hello there, hope you can help...

I have a intel Imac with ps3 mediaserver installed but it won't connect to the Ps3... first of all, it's connected wired. Medialink however connects immediatly! I know you can't let them work at the same time but still no connection. In my network is still a pc running and the pc connects immediatly with the ps3... What is the problem? Allready checked the firewall...

Make sure that under the "General Configuration" tab you "Force networking on interface" is set to the proper interface on your computer. Originally mine was set to a Parallels NAT by default and I had to change it to the correct one.
