Cant add external HDD to Sharing folder

Hi,

i am using the PS3 Media server 1.50.0b under Mac OS 10.5.8.

Here my Problem:

PS3MS does not detect my external HDD (LG HXD 5, 500 GB), when i try to add it as shared folder. I already added my Ext. Drive as shared folder in Mac System Sharing options to declared open for the System generally but nothing changed. PS3MS just dont see it.

The external drive has 2 partion (NTFS 250 GB/ Mac 250 GB). I can see both partion in the finder. But none of them in PS3MS.

Any Ideas?

Roykova, I had a similar prob. This post solved it for me: put simply, you need to navigate to local drive / Volumes. Hope it works for you too.
