Error 53-c00df238 when streaming MKV to 360.

Hi,

Sorry if this is a question that has been answered before, i had a quick search but couldn't find anything for this issue.

I recently downloaded PMS 1.50 due to having problems with MKV files stuttering when streaming to the mac. Since doing this I am totally unable to play MKV files on my 360, I keep getting error 53-c00df238 on the 360. I have tried reinstalling but the problem is the same. I downgraded to PMP 1.40 and it works fine again, the stuttering is still there but it at least plays them.

Does anyone have any idea's?

I'm using a macbook pro Mid 2009 13", only changed the hard drive to a bigger one.

PMS 1.50.0 for OSX ships with a broken FFmpeg that might cause your problems.
FFmpeg was rolled back to the 1.40.0 version in r1006.
You can try installing PMS 1.50.0, then download the latest version of FFmpeg (right mouse button on "view raw file", then Save Link As "ffmpeg").
Copy the saved file over the installed (broken) FFmpeg using a Terminal:

cp ffmpeg /Applications/PS3\ Media\ Server.app/Contents/Resources/Java/osx

Alternatively, wait for the next release.

Hi Raptor,

I've tried doing this, but now I am just getting error 69-807B01F4 which is coming up straight away now, when it used to take a few seconds for it to at least attempt to load.

I think I will just have to wait for the next version to come out? Any idea when that is likely to be?
