Problem wit one specific MKV file

First of all I want to thank you for this great application. Works great!
I have one little problem with one specific MKV file ( Der Untergang rr-deruntergang-bd9 ) This file wont play when I use Mencoder with subtitles.
When I use Avisynth with Mencoder it will play but then the maximum bitrate ( 25MBits ) wont be kept and I will get the stuttering.
My system is Quad 2.4GHz with 4 GB Ram. I use the Netgear ( WNHDE 11 - 5Ghz access point with bridge ) PMS v1.10.308.
When I use Mencoder and I take a look at the buffer status it is filling very slowly and the bitrate shows +- 30000 kb/s.The TV screen remains black and there is no error message.
When I play the file on my PC there is no problem at all.
Any advise would be great.
