80028801 Error when streaming AVI's!!

For the last few months I have been getting this error "80028801" This content cannot be played.

This error happens maybe 10 or so mins after the video has been playing

Is this a PS3 Media Server issue or a PS3 firmware issue?

I am seeing this error one my wireless PS3

I still have to test the same AVI's on my wired PS3.
