Help with Video streaming

Hey everyone

So this is a really basic question and hopefully I won't get flamed for this.

I've been trying to get my video's onto the PS3 using the media server. Music works great, but when I try videos for some reason rather than showing the video file it shows a folder named after the video which then has no tracks inside it. I'm guessing i'm missing something really obvious and stupid but would appreciate any help or a point in the direction of a guide!

you need to browse videos from the Video Icon on XMB
