Hi chocolateboy,

I did follow those instructions step by step, that is I made sure I have the latest version of pms and pmsencoder, the web.conf is in the profile directory, only one version of the plugin is in the folder, http engine v2 is enabled and I could not find a mencoder_path. I have included all the log files in the zipped folder, maybe you can find what's wrong with my setup.

I got the sharky version as I'm a noob and thought that it would have everything ready to start streaming. I now got the latest pms version but I don't have the plugins, channels etc. Tried to install them manually and editing the pms.conf but I'm getting every kind of error, from configuration error: children to something else. It's best for everyone that I just give up as I'm unable to fix it. Thanks anyways for your help

You've made it much harder than it needs to be

Start over with a clean install of PMS 1.70.0 with the default WEB.conf and PMS.conf.

Then:

• If you just want to stream YouTube videos, follow the instructions here.
• If you want access to more content, try Jumpy. If you get stuck, ask for help in that thread.

i made clean installation of 1.70 and PMSEncoder 1.61 on two difference computers , one with XP and one with Win7. So my old desktop computer work with version 1.40 form PMS long time without a problems. But from 3 days have maybe changes in Youtube and is impossible to see anywhere from Youtube. I watch on Bravia W5500 and i want ask what can be a problem? I have all codecs, latest version from Adobe Flash Player and latest version from Java but nothing. My child is sad that he can not watch videos with RSS for CARS, Thomas and thank engine, etc. When i copy the stream from web.conf and paste on my browser (Opera) all is ok, and i see videos. Thank you.

I just downloaded the latest PMS "pms-setup-windows-1.70.1.exe" for windows.
Upgraded to the latest PMSEncoder "pmsencoder-1.6.2.jar".
Latest Java version.
Instillation: My OS is in driver C:, while the PSM installation is in D:\PMSHB\.
OS: Windows 7 pro.
I have Apache running on port 80 and Tomcat on port 8080.


Problem
I get "There are no titles." when I browse my PS3->Music->PS3 Media Server [PC name]->Channels->Cache OR "Recent Searches"
In addition, sometimes I get DLNA error (a popup on my right-top screen).

Is there any way to stream a youtube playlist?
