don't want to hijak the thread but anyone tried bbc iplayer via pmsencoder?
I just tried and it does not seem to work.
The feed is located at: http://feeds.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/popular/tv
Though, you need to be in the UK to get the right content

Probably a timing issue:

The hook command is run asynchronously. Adding before and after hooks is on my TODO list, but, until then, you'll have to start the SopCast server manually and use the http:// URI.

i finally got my video streams to work with the exception of apple trailers. i have no sound. everything else - ted and the onion - works fine as well as audio streams from npr and soma fm.

I've ctrl F'd almost the entire post but entirely to no avail.

I'm following the steps as listed here to use PMSencoder, but I can't actually find the PMS.conf file itself. Is it something I create? Or should it be in C:\Program Files (x86)\PS3 Media Server ?

Or am I just in the wrong place?

I've tried saving and changing settings and THEN saving, but the file refuses to create itself. WEB.conf exists, but PMS.conf will not come into existence.
