DVR-MS 1.03 vs 1.00

I have a Vista Media Center that I use to record tv shows. I can use Version 1.00 without installing the alternate FFmpeg and I get great results. The audio and video are out of sync to start, but I just select a time in the video that is 2 second into the video, then the video/audio match up perfectly. I can 10x forward/rewind.

With 1.02. I couldn't watch DVR-MS. I applied the FFmpeg alternate. The video will play, but not as good of results as above. Version 1.03 has the same results.

What do I need to post to help with identifying the problem?

After moving the dvr-ms folder from my vista install to my Windows 7 1.03 install I was able to watch a full 2 hour 24 in HD from the windows 7 box with no problems including skipping through commercials at fast forward speeds.

You are running Version 1.03 off of Windows7 and are having better luck? Did you installed the optional FFmpeg?
