http://www.bunkus.org/videotools/mkvtoolnix/win32/

Use it to remux the MKV package. Add the file to it, then hit remux. Make sure you know the output directory, check to make sure the remuxed file works, then delete (if you wish) the first file. You shouldn't need to change any settings in MKVMerge.

Without seeing the MediaInfo, I can't be sure, but I had the same problem with that movie, and this is how I fixed it.

MediaInfo
http://mediainfo.sourceforge.net/en

For the subs, just leave them in the original file when you remux, and they will be in the output file.

Just use PS3media server on the remuxed file. Whichever engine you used before.

What file is this from. If this is the one you are trying to play, then it is still muxed with header stripping. I can see in the muxing program entry that it is still showing a mux by version 4.4.0

This might explain it.

Did you install version 3.4.0 of MKVMerge and use it. Kind of confused.

Remember to uninstall MKVToolnix before installing an older version, too. If I remember correctly older versions won't overwrite newer ones with that program.

Right. Good point.

I have only ever used 3.4.0 so I forget about that.
