try it on True.Blood.S03E07.720p.HDTV.x264-IMMERSE and let me know if u got it to work
Do you who get this to work have multicore CPU's and the multicore options ticked (enabled)?
(Asking since I have not been able to find a newer version of mencoder_mt, only mencoder.)

The internal 720p release of that episode was broken, but the immerse version played perfectly after cleaning.
(I have a quad core system, and use 4 cores for transcoding.)
