avisynth transcode option crashes

i can't figure what's going on here

everytime i try to run avisynth/mencoder, or avisynth/ffmpeg, the program crashes

tsmuxer and mencoder options work fine

this is what i have installed

ps3mediaserver 1.03
codec8.3 (from free-codecs.com) http://free-codecs.com/download/Codec.htm
avisynth 2.7

this happen to anyone else? id like to figure this out

Do you have external subtitles ? if yes, you should copy the VSFilter.dll (vobsub installation is required) file into the avisynth plugins folder

I am having this problem too, I get "corrupt data" when trying to use it, I have the vsfilter in the plugin folder, no diff.

you can post a debug.log here
it's pointless to just say "it don't work" without anything else
