Unable to start PS3 Media server

Can anyone help me find out why I can't run my PMS after I changed some setting? Here is the story:
After installing, directly launching PMS right away and then it started. But if I changed any setting of PMS and save/quit, then it can't be activated next time. What I usually changed are:
Sutitles codepage: cp950 Big5 TAIWAN
Specific True Type Font : MSJH.TFT

If I uninstall PMS, delete the folder and re-install, it can work.

My laptop spec:
HP 6910p
CPU C2D T7300
RAM 2GB
OS XP SP2
Network: Ethernet 100M

Just found that if I delete PMS.conf in the program folder, PMS can start. And even if I do not change any setting but just click "Save", then PMS would be dead next time.
