If you pick one of the links (not "on-site" links) you will see that this link gets an .asx link from the wwitv site. This asx-playlist ususally contains the "mms:" link you need to use in WEB.conf.
I guess you can get the same information by choosing "properties" (or was it "Media info") on the video playing in WMP.
