WEB.conf

I've read this entire thread and also searched for an answer but to no avail. It seems that to add web tv channels to PS3MS you must manually add them to the WEB.conf. file but I cannot open the file. Any help with this would be appreciated, hated to start a new thread but saw no alternative.

Hey, you open the file using notepad i assume. Well thats what i used, but am having problems getting the stream to load up.
