Hi,
All my WMA files are loseless. I added this string, without quotes, 'wma,m4a,aac' to the Skip transcode for following extesions (coma separated): field. The m4a and aac files show up correctly in PS3 as AAC and played without problem. The WMA files show up as MP3 and get 'This data type is not supported' error. If I remove the wma from the string, they show up as PCM and can play without problem. But I don't want WMA transcoded. These same files were playable in TVersity without transcoding.
I am using 1.04 of the software on 32bit Vista Home Premium. WMA option is enabled in PS3. The following are the last two entries from the Traces screen:
[Thread-16] TRACE 13:15:31.636 Receiving a request from: 192.168.0.164
[Thread-24] TRACE 13:15:32.493 Receiving search request from 192.168.0.164! Sending DISCOVER message...
Thanks,
Cave.
