Settings not saved; playlists empty

Excuse me if I duplicating this question: when I enable the media and add shared folders, the information is lost when pms is exited and restarted.

Also, (repeating from other forum) I have m3u playlists that show fine, but when opened say there are no tracks. They work in tversity.

Thx for pertinant suggestions.

Using 1.04 on Windows XP SP3 with a dual core athlon. The streaming works great.
