Unexpected error in WEB.conf

Hi,
my web.conf was working fine till today.

In the Log there is the following error message:

[main] TRACE 12:54:20.561 Unexpected error in WEB.conf: null

My shoutcats do also not work.
I just edited the WEB.conf and inserted some audiostreams like xirtmax.
For example "DasDing" and "SWR3".

When I try to listen to them, I got the information "File format is not supported".
What am I doing wrong?
