Intermittent Stutter

PC must be set to auto (duplex) and not in DMZ, PS3 100mb half duplex and DMZ, pms networks settings keyint=1:vqscale=1:vqmin=2... multicast DISABLED on router... Reset router, computer, ps3... Anymore intermittent Stutter ?

Yup, PC is at auto, no DMZ (they are both on same router, same /24 (255.255.255.0) subnet). I reset everything and using your quality settings am still getting stutter.

All other activities on the network are pretty fast; I have a 25Mbps connection to the internet and the PS3 can bring down a file at just about that speed so I know it's capable of more than 15Mbps (which is what I was getting when I set it to full duplex).

Very strange.

You can try to set your ps3 to full duplex or auto with this settings if you have best results... googling your router model+ps3 may help too...
Check your firewall router settings too...
At the end, any church or place to make your prayers near your home ?
