make sure you haven't enabled the 'subtitles' filter in ffdshow

I tested this with an mkv(which has English subtitles inside and there is also a dutch external srt file)
I tested with the following settings:
When Haali splitter autoload vsfilter is Yes and in ffdshow VFW config/video decoder config are both OFF the result is double subtitles: English and Dutch on top of each other.
When Haali splitter autoload vsfilter is No and in ffdshow VFW config/video decoder config are both ON the result is only Dutch subtitles.
