VSFilter.dll got deleted when upgrade to 1.04

I have VSFilter.dll installed with 1.03... After I installed 1.04 (without having to uninstall 1.03 first), I noticed that VSFilter.dll is gone after the upgrade... Why??? Does the new 1.04 installation nuked all files in the "PS3 Media Server" folder before installing the new version?
