stuttering, out of sync video. transcoding buffer is empty.

Sorry, 2 seperate issues.
umm, avi files.
I'm not an expert when it comes to video files, but i can tell you it's
Size:576x432
bitrate: 224kbps
nad framerate: 29fps
by looking at it's properties in windows...
