Core AVC and VC1

Dear All,

I managed to sort out my buffering issues, it was not being filled quick enough, so I over-clocked my CPU.

However, I still have an issue with VC1(I have also purchased core AVC) but, the quality seems bad even thought I'm on the lossless setting.

Can someone please explain how I make sure core AVC is actually being used and what the best setting is for VC1 ?

I don't thnk Core AVC supports VC1, just H264/AVC sytreams.
