Could someone please help me with the firewall rules i need to set to be able
to get PS3 Media Server working correctly over a wireless connection with the PS3 please ?

You need to:
- Enable UPnP on your router
- Open port 5001 for the ps3mediaserver executable on your PC
This worked for me.
