Help me play my .avi Videos on PS3

Hello!

I am to dumb to stream my Fith Gear AVIs on my PS3.

Here is what I did:

Install Media Server (of course )
Activate Media Server support on my PS3
Media Server is able to find my PS3 and the other way around (great! )
Share my Azureus folder (there are the Fith Gear AVIs)

Now comes the problem:

I can find the shared folder with my PS3. There I open the #--TRANSCODED--# folder. There I see another folder with the Name of the Fith Gear episode (e.g. [15X05].avi). But when I open this folder, it only says "no image available", nothing streams! Where is the error? Help me!

Edit: This problem occurs with every file type, not only AVIs. So there seems to be a general error...
