Is there a help file anywhere (other than the Readme & FAQ)?

Hi all,

Love this program!! Just wished I knew what all the settings mean?... is there a help file or site somewhere that explains all the settings and how to optimize it. It works great right out of the box, but I'd like to know how to make it even better for my particular setup. I've read the Readme and FAQ/help, not very extensive.
