can any one tell me the what some settings means?

what is "Force framerate parsed from FFMpeg" and how it works? when to use it?
what is "A/V sync alternative method"? can it be used with "Force framerate parsed from FFMpeg"?
what is "Remux when audio track is AC3 (no reencode)"?
what is "Force FPS parsed from FFMpeg in the meta file"?
what is "Force PCM remuxing with DTS/FLAC audio"?
what is "Force AC3 remuxing with all files"?

I get random audio and video out of sync issues with .avi files, can be any where during the playback, and it doesn't happen on PC when using VLC, this is the file information using mediainfo:
