Play 2 videos without interuption... CD1-CD2

Postby rgower » Fri Sep 04, 2009 8:15 am

I try to avoid movies that are split into 2 files as much as possible, but lots still remain in my collection. It's always incredibly frustrating when a significant scene is interrupted by needing to select CD2 to resume playback. Is there any way to fix this? It would be amazing if there was a "play all in folder" feature or something.... kinda like how mp3s work if they're divided into folders. Help?

there's an option in video settings in XMB.

An alternative solution is to combine both files. I use a program called AviDemux to do this, you open CD1 then choose File->Append and pick CD2 and save it. You might get some warnings about building VBR time maps, etc that Ive always said "Yes" to and everything has always worked great for me.

Code: Select all
