Creating playlists

Morning all.

I've just downloaded and installed PSM, and without having explored it completely, I am impressed at its speed over tversity.

I have a couple of questions/issues.

How do I create a playlist in itunes and make this available on my ps3 via psm ?

My video files seem to be playing fine apart from .mp4 files....they stutter quite a lot. I've read through the help and faq's in the psm software, but I'm not an expert on streaming etc so I was hoping that there would be some on here that could help.

Any sites for downloading good quality (sound and picture) music videos, movies etc would be appreciated as well.
