PMS didn't respond to UPnP client requests

I tried now last r246 and it seems that PMS didn't reply on clients requets.
It seems that PMS sends automatic updates every x seconds to find out present UPnP clients in network but didn't respond on requests from clients(forcing search UPnP server on PS3) automatically.
It means when PMS already running and after that some client is started, PMS will not detect client query request for present UPnP servers in network. After some time it is finally detected due to autoupdates generated by PMS.
Could you or someone else approve it? Thx
