Win7 64 bit. Files listed but wont play...

Postby guardianali » Thu May 28, 2009 10:15 pm

I am currently running windows7 64bit. I installed ps3mediaserver. The ps3
is connected via a cable and not wireless.
The PS3 detects ps3ms and vice versa. I can then browse the subfolders in
the drive i chose in the ps3ms settings.

When i click a folder, there is no files, just a folder called #__Transcode__#
When i click that folder, then it shows a list of the files.
Ok..so this must indicate that these files will be transcoded.

But the files are not recognized as files but as folders too. SO when i
click an episode xyz.mkv or xyz.avi, it then shows "There are no images"

What am i doing wrong?

You're in the Photo section of the XMB... You need to be in Videos.

In the future problems like this should be reported here first before on the Google Code page. The "Issues" page there is more for true bug reports.
I provide NO application support via PM or email, so please post your question to the forum per the Forum Rules.
