External hard drive causes error?

Postby eXo » Thu May 28, 2009 4:39 pm

Hi,

I have a strange problem with my ps3 media server: I get the "corrupted data" message when trying to stream a certain movie from my external hard drive. Other movies stream just fine from the external drive. When I copy the file I want to stream to my local hard drive it works as well...

Here is what's in the debug log-file:

Any ideas?
I already tried manually deleting the temporary folder. The external drive is not in standby.

hard to say, try to launch the first mencoder command line of this log, and with the removal of the "-really-quiet -msglevel statusline=-1:mencoder=-1" parameters (and change the "\\.\pipe\..." by video.mpg for example)
